Sunday School

Sunday School is held from 9:30 AM to 10:20 AM, before worship service.

Sunday School is the foundational platform within the church to teach the

principles of the Christian faith, foster spiritual growth and promote

fellowship with other church members. We practice “open enrollment” whereby a person can join a class at any time without pre-conditions on attendance or church membership. We have age-appropriate classes for children and youth. For adults, we have separate classes for men and women, and even an intergenerational class for older students, adult men and women.

We also offer small bible study groups which meet throughout the week.

Currently, we have two groups for women during the day and evenings. We

plan to offer additional short-term studies this spring for men and women

beginning with the The Forge, which features clips from the movie of the

same name. This bible study is designed to ignite a passion of knowing Christ

personally and helping others become disciples. If there is a group you

would like to form or see formed, or a subject which would interest you,

please let Bill Pressly know. More to follow.

If you would like to know more about Sunday School or small group study

groups, please feel free to contact Bill Pressly or complete a “Connect” card found in the pews in the sanctuary. We are here to answer any questions you may have and stand ready to serve the needs of the Church and our community.

Congratulations Dennie!

2024 Sunday School Faithfulness Award.

Dennie’s steadfast devotion to Sunday School and to the study of God’s word as a member of the Middle Men Sunday School class is a tribute not only to Dennie as a faithful child of God. It also glorifies how God uses Sunday School to not reach the lost but to strengthen the faith of believers.
