Capernaum Bible Study
Ladies 18 and up Tuesday @ 6:00 p.m.
Luke 5: 18-20
18 Some men came carrying a paralyzed man on a mat and tried to take him into the house to lay him before Jesus.
19 When they could not find a way to do this because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and lowered him on his mat through the tiles into the middle of the crowd, right in front of Jesus.
20 When Jesus saw their faith, he said, "Friend, your sins are forgiven.”
In Luke, we see Jesus heal a man because of the faith of his friends. The Capernaum is a small group for ladies to focus on Jesus and the important of friendships.
We know how important it is to have a friend who will pray for you and believe in you when things are tough. To point out Jesus when you are focused on the storm.
